Body Cables
The idea behind Body Cables came from looking at alternative
ways to wear jewellery. As I began to explore ways of fastening/connecting
pieces, other than around One's neck, I noticed the elegant lines
these cables created. The piece needed to be comfortable and flexible
but also strong so the cable was ideal, as it created a definite
line and had these qualities.
The clasp/connectors are designed to be descreet and easy to use.
For this I took inspiration from the Jack plug mechanism used
in Walkman & Head Phones.
The result is a modern way to wear jewellery.
